Profile: The John Newcombe Tennis Ranch (JNTR), owned by renowned tennis great John Newcombe, is one of the world's most respected and popular tennis ranches. The ranch features an array of tennis and adventure programs for adults and juniors. In addition, the JNTR offers unique business conference programs.

Through the years, the JNTR had grown to offer many different programs to a variety of audiences. As a result, various promotional brochures and websites were created. Each piece took on its own identity of colors, fonts, messaging and more.

Project 320 Multimedia was hired to create a completely new identity and consistent brand as well as implement new communication strategies for the JNTR. Starting with a logo refresh and a selection of a new color palette, we then moved into a new website design. Bringing each of their three different websites together, we were able to simplify communication as well as cross-promote different programs to each visitor. An array of more than 15 print designs would follow, including print advertisements, web advertisements, brochures, rack cards, identity materials and more.

Lastly, we installed our web-based email databasing and distribution software in order to start sending HTML email communications to current, past and prospective clients. Our software features auto-sensing format capabilities allowing each recipient to receive the eMagazine in their accepted format (html or text). In addition, through reporting features, we are able show number of emails opened, number of click-troughs on advertisements and more.
