Profile: Athletic retail (footwear/apparel/accessories) firm with multiple locations and over 20 employees.

Through innovation and creativity, Project 320 Multimedia has helped Performance Footwear address and improve on a number of key issues. Over the past year, our actions have helped to create a powerful brand, improved internal and external communications, and an approximate sales increase of 35%.

Issue 1: Logo was very complex and hard to read or reproduce. Performance Footwear had no identity materials or tagline.

Action: Project 320 Multimedia created a new identity design including logo, identity materials, and tagline. We designed a simple, but more sporty and energetic logo that is more memorable and easy to reproduce. The new Identity materials carry a consistent brand and image of organization. The new tagline "Get after it" gives customers and employees an overall feeling of the Performance Footwear passion and energy.

Issue 2: Performance Footwear had Inconsistent branding and communication strategy amongst three locations which included an outdated and varied look, ineffective marketing of key selling point or competitive advantage (Footstrike Analysis), unorganized store layouts with store sections not clearly identified.

Action: Consistent i n - store signage was produced to achieve consistent branding amongst three stores. Key signage was produced to educate consumers on Footstrike Analysis. Consistent signage throughout with clearly marked departments helps visitors navigate store to find items they are looking for.

Issue 3: Performance Footwear w anted to build relationships with customers and race community, improve customer education and get more use out of advertisements.

Action: Project 320 Multimedia established a website which provides important and useful education to its visitors. Inclusion of website address on all materials at sponsored events, and in all advertisements helps further expose store, educate customers. In addition, and email collection system and html email distribution software has been established to support frequent communication with customers.

Issue 4: Employees didn't use email but relied on phone and fax for communication. They needed an effective way for employees to communicate efficiently which included the ability to check email from anywhere.

Action: Webmail allows 100% of all employees at all locations to communicate more efficiently and effectively. From any computer, anywhere, employees can login to email to check messages, send reports, etc.
